Who is Julien Miquel? Julien Miquel, AIWS, is a retired French winemaker from Bordeaux (where he studied Oenology). He has made wines all over the world, including at France’s famous Château Margaux, and at Spain’s Campo Eliseo where he worked alongside Michel Rolland.
