We email before each renewal
Your card is charged a few days before a shipment goes out, and you'll always get an email first.
Skip or update anytime
Skip a shipment, or change your card and address, in My Account. Or just call us and we'll do it.

Every box ships from our Sonoma, California warehouse with UPS. Someone 21 or older signs for it.

How often will my wine arrive?
It depends on your club. The Hidden Vineyards Collection ships every month, the Extreme Altitude Wine Club every two months and The Wine Explorer's Club every three months. You'll always get an email before each renewal.
How do I skip a shipment?
Log in to My Account, open My Subscriptions and choose Skip Shipment. If you prefer, call us at 1-844-733-5249 and we'll do it for you.
How do I cancel my membership?
Call us at 1-844-733-5249 or send us a message. We'll take care of it.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged automatically a few days before your shipment goes out, and you'll be notified by email.
Is everything a subscription?
No. You can buy from our online shop anytime, membership or not. Members get first dibs on new wines and our best discounts.
