We’re hard at work shipping out our remaining Spanish wines today. So we’ll keep this week’s missive short.
We’ll leave you to enjoy winemaker Julien Miquel’s latest tasting lesson. This week, he takes you on a tour du monde of the essential wines (and wine regions) every single wine lover should taste… It’s much more than just Bordeaux, Rioja, and Chianti (think Niagara Falls… No, we’re not kidding)…
It’s fascinating… For instance, did you know that there’s a region in Italy where they dry their grapes out on big racks before pressing them?
Or another example: Did you know that calling a wine “Burgundy” is actually incorrect?
Unless you’ve already tried every single wine Julien mentions (highly unlikely), then this is a video you won’t want to miss.

Until next time,
