The Club

The Bonner Private Wine Partnership

There is a saying in France that “a great wine comes not from the grape, but from the character of the man who made it.” Ours is not a partnership based on blind tastings, points, or dead, flimsy wines with fancy labels. Ours is a partnership to scour the globe for unique vintages bursting with life and made with passion.

Will Bonner, Founder

Will fell in love with Argentine wine when he moved his family to Buenos Aires in the early 2000s. After returning to the US, Will found himself disappointed at the cheap, mass-produced juice disguised as fine wine in his local shop. The result? A partnership to bring little-known fine wines to American shores.

Julien Miquel Winemaker, Editor

Originally from Bordeaux, Julien Miquel has made wines all over the world from Spain to California, including at the famous Chateau Margaux. He is the founder of the award-winning site Social Vignerons.

Nigel Tollerman Sommelier, Editor

Nigel Tollerman is a certified sommelier from Argentina’s top Escuela Argentina de Sommeliers. His work has been featured on the Food Network and National Geographic.
