Q: DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR MY SHIPMENTS?
A: Yes! The delivery carrier will require a signature from an adult 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. The delivery carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver the shipment and will then return the shipment to us. If you would like your shipment to be reshipped to you, you will be charged a return shipment fee of $42 for all 6 bottles.
Q: CAN I ORDER ADDITIONAL BOTTLES OF A WINE I RECEIVED IN ONE OF MY WINE CLUB SHIPMENTS?
A: Yes! All subject to availability. You can reorder additional bottles of current and past wines featured in your shipments There is a 6 bottle minimum for orders, and a 2 bottle minimum per wine selection. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders.
Q: HOW DOES BILLING WORK?
A: The Bonner Private Wine Partnership Club quarterly subscriptions takes place at the time of purchase for the first month and then on the first day of each subsequent month for the duration of the subscription.
