Planetes de Nin Clàssic comes from Finca Les Planetes, a northeast-facing plot of schist soils on the outskirts of Porrera in Priorat. Farmed by Ester Nin and Carles Ortiz under certified organic and biodynamic practices, the 2021 is a blend of 46% Garnatxa Negra, 29% Carinyena, and 25% Garnatxa Peluda. Hand-harvested and largely whole-cluster, it ferments with native yeasts and ages 17 months in large neutral foudres and amphora to preserve the purity of the site. The result is a Priorat built on elegance rather than power, with dark berries, black cherry, graphite, Mediterranean herbs, and a peppery mineral lift, carried by fresh acidity and polished tannins.
