Flor de Cardon Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the Tolombon district of Salta. Located just south of the town of Cafayate, Estancia Los Cardones is located at 5,700’ elevation, on the eastern slope of the Calchaquí Valley. Fermented in steel tank, with 10 months in third-use French oak barrels.

Currant, citrus, peppercorn, cocoa. Medium-bodied, sleek, fine tannins, and fresh acidity from the extreme altitude growing conditions. Drink now or age in your cellar.
