PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. Our normal business hours are: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) Monday through Friday

All sales on this site are processed and managed by WineVIP, Wine is sold by participating Winery or retailer. You may wish to review the winery or retailer terms and conditions of sale.

Wine is sold by licensed winery or retailer depending on your state.

WE CANNOT SHIP TO THESE STATES:

Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Utah

If you live in one of these states, you’ll need to select an alternative delivery destination.

*Note: Shipping is available to Alaska & Hawaii for additional fee*

Please be aware: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the alcohol when it is delivered.

We recommend shipping the wine to your business address.

You must be 21 years or older to order.

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age.

Winery or retailer is the seller of record depending on your state.

Applicable sales tax is included.

If visibly intoxicated upon delivery, you will not be allowed to receive the wine.

Void where prohibited by law.

Refunds

For full refunds on subsequent shipments, all wines must be returned unopened. If not, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancel any time.

If you have more than one active subscription, only the first subscription will be refunded. For full refunds on your second subscription, all wines must be returned unopened.

Offers subject to availability

In the unlikely event of a wine becoming unavailable, a substitute of similar style and of equal or greater value will be supplied. VinAccess International LLC and participating licensee reserves the right to refuse any order. State and local policy governs all transactions. VinAccess International LLC only facilitates orders from adults at least 21 years old.

Shipping

Temperature Extremes: our default means of shipping is UPS ground.

What if I cannot be home during normal business hours to receive my wine shipment?

Since the signature of an adult 21 or older is required by law to receive a wine package, many of our customers have the wine delivered to their workplace.

  1. Have their wine rerouted to a friend or neighbor.
  2. Ask for UPS to hold the shipment (up to 5 days) at their location closest to you.

If you want to change your shipping address, please email us via our secure form or call 1-844-733-5249, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern and Saturday from 9am to 4pm Eastern Time.

I have received different wines from those I ordered. Is this correct?

The vast majority of our wines are produced in very small quantities – sometimes just a few barrels. The care you can lavish on a small batch is just that much greater. And it shows. One consequence of this policy is that occasionally we run out of the wines we write to you about. If we do run out, we choose (with great care) an alternative, always of equal or greater value, and as close as possible in style to the wine offered.

Shipping Policy

State laws on wine shipping aren’t always straightforward but are under constant review, meaning the list of states that allow direct-to-home wine shipment is ever growing. As soon as a state becomes available, you can be sure we’ll add it to our list.

By federal law, you must be at least 21 years old to order and receive wine. When you place an order you will be asked to confirm that you are 21 or older. Federal law also insists that someone at least 21 years old is present to sign for the package.

If no one is available to sign for the package during normal business hours at your shipping address, we recommend the order is shipped to your business address. Alternatively, you can utilize the UPS ‘Hold for Pickup service” service (*see below for details).

*UPS offers an option to ‘Hold for Pickup service’, a convenient choice for when you can’t be there to accept delivery. It is simple to use. Once you receive your first attempted delivery you can select the UPS location where you wish your package to be held. On the next delivery attempt, your package will be sent to this location, ready for your collection.

Rerouting Alcohol Shipments

Once the package leaves the warehouse, it can be difficult to reroute it. Contact us if you need the package to arrive at a different destination.

Rerouting to another residential or business address will incur additional charges.

Re-shipping Undeliverable Packages

Once a package has been returned to us, we will contact you regarding the reshipment. If the package is to be reshipped, we will collect the reshipment fee at that time and send you the new tracking information.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur return charges. You will receive credit for the returned product, however, the shipping back to us is non-refundable in the event of a package returned under these circumstances.

REFUND POLICY

We can only offer our 30-day “you keep the wine” money-back guarantee on your first wine club order.

We ship our wines four times a year (quarterly). We will notify you before shipping. For other wine club shipments that are not your first order, if you want a full refund, all wines must be returned unopened. If not, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancel any time.

Why can’t we offer the same deal on all orders? Wines, sadly, are not like power tools. A hardware store can always resell a hammer you used a couple times. Not so for a bottle of wine. Once you pop the cork, it’s a total loss to us. For that reason, we cannot offer full refunds on exclusive wine offers. But don’t worry, if the wine arrives and there’s something wrong with it, just give us a call and we’ll do what we can to make it right. As a Bonner Private Wine Partnership member, your satisfaction is all-important to us.

Tracking your package

Each club member will receive a notification email including carrier tracking when the package leaves the facility.

Limited Exclusive offers:

4. UPS will attempt delivery a maximum of 4 times. After 4 delivery attempts, your package will be sent back to our warehouse.** If you’d like to change the delivery address or prefer to pick up the package at the nearest UPS depot, you can do so on the UPS tracking service website.
