Doppiozeta is the most important wine of Mazzei’s Zisola estate in Sicily. Made with indigenous Nero d’Avola grapes, with vines pruned into the albarello style (in the shape of little trees, to maximize aeration & sunlight). Notes of tobacco and deep fruit. Decant for one hour, & cellar 1-15 years.
