Château Vieille Tour winemaker Jérôme Gouin is a farmer at his core. His concern is for his land – a small plot planted around a ruined tower overlooking the Garonne Valley. This cuvée is called “Exception” because it is only released in exceptional vintages with a good aging potential. Full-bodied, with a ripe plum nose and spicy vanilla and cacao in the mouth. Cellar up to 2033.
