When we were heard of a Barolo “in grandfather’s style” made by three sisters at the old family vineyard of Marrone, we thought it might be something special…After all, it’s rare to find real Barolo these days…the “rose dipped in tar” as they call it…a pale, velvety wine that drifts over the palate like the dense fog so typical of the Piedmont region. This old-style Barolo is ready to drink now… or in 10 years. You decide.

Depending on conditions we may add ice, use cold-chain shipping, or hold a shipment until it's safe.
