From the Toko Vineyard in Paraje Altamira — one of Mendoza’s highest-altitude subregions — this Chardonnay is made by Alejandro “Colo” Sejanovich and Jeff Mausbach with minimal intervention. Whole cluster press, natural fermentation in concrete eggs, no sulfur additions. The result is a precise, terroir-driven white with white flower aromatics, citrus, green apple, and a long mineral finish.
