Santorini, known for its wines since 1200 B.C., is home to some of the only ungrafted rootstocks in Europe. Winemaker Artemis Karamolegos uses natural yeast and keeps the wine on its lees for 5 months to draw out the salt, flint, peach, and chamomile. A rare white that you can age and decant.

Depending on conditions we may add ice, use cold-chain shipping, or hold a shipment until it's safe.
