In the misty valley of Valdeorras, Spain, a rare grape called godello is coming back from the brink of extinction. Ladera Sagrada’s take, from organic, carefully selected grapes, begins with a whiff of lemon and pear, then apple on the palate before a gingery spice takes over for a lingering finish. Cellar 1-5 years.
